Oil, Stocks, Religion

Racing Update Posted on Mon, March 17, 2008 14:14:07

Dear Mr & Mrs

What is happening in the world at the moment? The situation is far from good at the moment and it is difficult to find something showing a turnaround in the distance.
The earthclimate is one of the biggest news everyday on TV. Have we, the homosapiens let the greed take overhand for so long that mother earth has beggining to pay back!? Or is it just normal climatechanges that comes and goes for periods? I am not man enough to tell you, but sometimes I am starting to wonder.
The human greed for money, power and glory makes us to do things that I don´t think the big creator meant us for. We kill brothers for money just to get richer ourselves. Your neighbour belives in God, but not in the same one as you do, so lets kill him or at least force him to belive in your God instead. Because this is the right thing to do. Or if you are a big country on the otherside of the atlantic ocean you maybe can occupy some foregin country just for helping them to be democrated like us! Yeah, if you are lucky you may even find some bombs or other explosives and than you can pleed your guilt by blaming you are doing it for the name of 9/11 and terrorists. And when soldiers die and people get killed nobody even sees whats happening in the background. American companies takes the control of the black gold called Oil. Years after when the oil has dried out from the caves underground another islamic religious country has started to threaten you and its time for a new round of democracy! Crazy fucking world… No, it is not, it is just you and me who has to open our eyes and start watching with them. And stop listening to all the bullshit media and gouvernment are telling us everyday. Because they are not doing it for our best as they want us to think. It is just their own greed that speaks. And as long as they can make us belive they are working for our best and we accept that, they will go on. Banks, gouvernment, politicians, ensurancecompanies etc are NOT working to help us to a better life! They need to make bigger earnings and you are their customer and you get fooled everyday! Sad but true. And stop being so naiv, start using your few braincells and get rid of the system. Or do at least something different and be proud over yourself.
I am not saying you should make a revolt, but start thinking and see what you are into and see how the world looks around you.
You have right to the free speach every 4th year!! In most of the modern countries. After that its better to shut up and do what you are told. If you are not doing that you are not a great citizen and authoroties need to use harder methods to make you now your own best. If your tounge talks to much or your fingers write to “free” on your website, than somebody soon will give you a phonecall and tell you to stop. And your internet provider suddenly stops your webpage from working. But without telling you the true, just blaming on some technical error. Because they are also afraid of the dark, I mean the Controling Authoroties nearby you.

Oh, I am just longing so very very much for racing motorcycles again after a real messy winter in Sweden. Please let me just switch my brain off and put the helmet on and open the throttle again! It makes me live!!!!!!

Ciao

Racing Update Posted on Tue, March 04, 2008 09:36:49

Hi!

My fingers and brain are screaming for some work to do, so I just must capture and let them win, and once again write to you guys out there in the world.

The brain goes in loops all the time and plays some pictures for my eyes. And it is pictures from the season 2006.

2006 season when I rode for Brittish Phase One was a great season. Specially now some years after when my brain has settled down and figured out all the good things and the bad ones.
In general the overall was superb. The season gave me a lot of experience that I could carry on with in my life, both on track as a more experienced rider, but also a great inview of the big racing world and how it works.
On track we worked hard in the team to find a superb setup for every race and my ridercollegeus Warwick Nowland and Damian Cudlin were some really great guys to work with.
The teammanager Russel Benney was….. a good nice man. He has been in this racing world for a long time and I can only admire his burning will to keep going on.
The best races was with no doubt Suzuka 8hrs and Osch 24h! Japan was fantastic and just to have ridden on the famous Suzukatrack is worth dying for. And Osch in Germany was great because I did my best ever performance in that race. In the morning session when it started to rain I was the fastest man on track by far and that helped us to grab the 3rd place in the race. And I will never forget those memories when I went down the straight infront of the pit and saw Russel waving with both arms, wanting to slow me down! He did not know that it was my dreamscenario on track. Slick tyres and just some small raindrops. If you trust the tyres and have heat in them you can go really really fast, and I did that.
After my double 2h stint Russel came to me and told me that he has never been so nervous in his life. He was 100% sure that I would crash the bike and let the team down. And instead I made progress all the time on track and was riding faster than anybody else! That is for sure one of my greatest memories from track and I will save all those good feelings it gives me everytime I think about it.

Off track the season learnt me what I did not want to learn about. The racingworld has a backside also and it is not always as glamouros as it looks from the spectators view. There is always a lot of different strange things going on and it takes a hard man to survive in the business. You must, I really mean, you must be a tough businessman if you are gonna make success and stay on the rostrum. I am looking at my self and I admit that I was not prepared for that world. My personallity with beeing nice and friendly with everyone was the completely wrong way to go if you are gonna make money in the business. You will only lose money that way. You must be tougher and walk over other people, that is the world of business that I am no adays trying to learn. It is like war. Only the strong survive and it is just a utopia to even think that the world is equall to all of us. It is not! You have to fight everyday for your bread and butter and the rougher you are the better you will get moneywise. Not friendlywise though, but you can not pay bills with your friends, only money does that!! Sad but true!

One day I will be back in the international business but then I will be prepared to the thing and know the rules………….. and be one of the winners.

Also want to say hello to all my supporters and friends out there.

Ciao!

Racing Endurance

Racing Update Posted on Mon, March 03, 2008 12:12:22

Ciao!

Long time since I last wrote some intelligent words to you guys. But my life has not been worth writing about lately. Just some boring work from early morning to late nights. Sometimes in a cab as the fastest Swedish taxidriver and sometimes with installating air equipment or just some regular service on some millingmaschines.

Oh, yes, almost forgot. I have been to Spain and Calafat for some proper motorcycletesting together with the Swedish Magazine BIKE. We tested the new Fireblade, Gixxer, R1 and Ninja both on track and on regular roads. It was some really great days of sunshine and great motorcycleriding together with friends I like working with.
After that I went to Hemsedal in Norway for some great days of skiing. It was tremendous. A lot of snow and great sunshine. A few beers and a lot of fun from early morning till early nights. Yes, we were too tired after all the skiing for being able to party all night long. Or maybe it has with olderness to do. It´s hard to stay forever young!

In 2008 I will race Endurance Racing in Sweden and Finland with Troubleman Racing Team. It will be Mats Nilsson ( two times 2nd at Manx GP ), Pasi Andersen and me ofcourse. Our goal is………. what do you think? Top 5 or 10! fuck off. Winning is what it counts, everything else is a great disaster.

See you!

Best Regards
/ Christer

Racing Update Posted on Sun, November 18, 2007 14:02:36

Dear Mr & Mrs

“God, what I hate the average, gotta nuke them all, go piss the accepted, screw them all, now if you hate it, you´ve got to Fight It Back”
That is the lyrics from Accept screaming out of my speakers at the moment. And why not? The weather in Sweden at the moment is showing its worst side. +7, rain, grey and it is a bloody Sunday when everything is closed. It had with religion to do. You know, God created the earth in seven days, and the Sunday was his the of rest and calm. Know some about twothousand years later we are about 6 billion people living that way!! Quite strange actually.

But anyway. What is going on? Not much at the moment. There are still no plans starting to grove in my brain. Will it be EWC? Who knows? Maybe some more racing in La Suede? Perhaps.
It would be damn great to pack the bags and go heading somewhere else.
IDM in Germany. Mmmm, maybe not. It is almost the same climate there as in Sweden………. Maybe AMA in US. The weather is nicer and if you put your feet down in Florida or southern California, then you can input more sunhours and for sure a greater temperature. Better climate for people in common. We are not created to live in darkness, rain and cold weather most of the time.
Hmm, wonder if I should make a phonecall to Arnold Schwarznegger?! Maybe he is interested in racing and can be my sponsor for racing in AMA SBK? Or perhaps Mat Mladin. Oh, jeah, his is down under for a few months now and will not be disturbed.
Niel Hodgson will be racing in AMA again in 2008. Maybe he wants some competition from Suezia?! I must figure out what to do to come over there and start living a proper life.

Imagine driving a Dodge Viper instead of a Volvo or a SAAB. Take a ride with your Fatboy Harley Davidson in the sunshine at route 66. Put your M16 maschinegun in your rucksack and stop somewhere outside the city and just blow off some eight magazines of ammo! Yeah, that is the American way of living. Go back on the bike again a few hours later and ride home again for watching the telly for some hours and listen to the drunken President in his speach to the country. Raise you fist into the sky and shout “YEAH, damn, we are the greatest country in the world” Drink some more Budweiser and eat some more Wendyburgers.
But the best of it all is that you are free to do all this and you should not be ashamed about it. Earn your money, get rich, be proud, have your rights, do your racing and life is fantastic.

Is this a dream or can it be reallity? You can not know that before you have tried it!! If there is a country left in this rutten world where you still can belive in “free speach, realising your dreams” than it must be America.

Take care of you and if there are someone out there from America reading my blogg. Please sign my guestbook an tell me the true about the greatest country.

Best Regards / Christer

Last Race in EWC

Racing Update Posted on Thu, October 18, 2007 10:39:11

Dear!
Just three weeks left for the last race of the year 2007 in EWC in Qatar 8h.
It will be an interersting race on a new track for the series in EWC. Maybe someone can beat the fantastic SERT Suzuki team with their riders. Perhaps Kawa France can keep it together and take a win or maybe my old teammate Cudlin, now riding for YART Yamaha can take the first win for the year. For sure the YART team is one hell of a good team with fast riders, but they have had some bad luck this year.
My old team from last year Phase One will be there but I don´t think they will reach the podium in this race. The competition is hard and everything must work out really well in the pits during a race.
The Slovakian friends Maco Moto Racing will be there. I am not sure about their riders, but hopefully they can make a proper result.

For my own concern the season is over. I will not race any more races this season. It is time to sit back and start thinking about what will happend next season. What is my goal? Will I quit racing and get my self a proper job in some factory? Will I continue racing? And if, where should I try my wings? On national level or fight with those guys in international EWC level? Or maybe try something new in German IDM Superbike Series? Lot of thoughts and few answers! But one thing is for sure. It is better start thinking right now. Make some phonecalls and visit some friends and try to feel where the winds are blowing for season 2008.

Will there be anyone out there who still belives in my skill and performance and also have the needed money to make a proper deal for next year? Maybe! Maybe not. It is about marketing my own brand and convince them!!

This season was disastrous, specially if you think about my plans for winning the Swedish title in Sbk. It became a mess all of it. The reasons are many and I will write about them in my own book sometime in the future.
The EWC went wrong with my own team. Many reasons for that also, but later on I finally got the opportunity to ride for Maco Moto Racing and could prove for everyone out there that I still got the speed. It was also very nice for my confidence to get the opportunity and ride again at top level.

Now lets just see what happends and keep on visiting my website for more news.

Por Favor / Christer

In Swedish

Racing Update Posted on Mon, October 08, 2007 09:45:39

Ciao!
After a lot of questions from people in Sweden, why I am not writing in Swedish in my blog, I had to make them happy and change my mind.
My thoughts were that I could write to the whole world at the same time if I wrote in english, but I couldn´t. So from now on I will write to you in both english and Swedish.

James Toseland won the WSBK Championship by 2 points before Noriyuki Haga! Congrats to James! You deserv the title and we are gonna miss you in WSBK next year. Your style and always 110% riding and your admitance to every single race will be missed from us all. But good luck in Moto GP in 2008.

My superidol Massimiliano Biaggi. You took Bronze in your debut in WSBK. Not too bad. But the sad thing is that nobody understands your professionalism both on track and off track. Hopefully you will find someone who sees what you are capeble to and gets you the money you are asking for and the backup you need. Because we would like to keep on seeing you in WSBK for plenty more years.
There is no one out there who can ride a bike like Biaggi does!! His supersmooth style is brilliant.

Moto GP from Australia next on the program next weekend. Casey Stoner is already worldchamp, but for sure he will do whatever he can home in Australia to make the crowd mad. Lets see if Vale Rossi can make some good result or if he has lost concentration on WRC instead.

See you soon!!

Darkness

Racing Update Posted on Tue, October 02, 2007 07:30:29

Ciao!
The weather is really not the best at the moment. It is raining all days long and in combination with the oncoming winther period with all shorter daytime it feels really depressing. Hmm, really don´t like this period in the year. Are not sure if it has to do with that the raceseason is also over and in a couple of weeks time also the Moto GP and WSBK season. And after that there is not much interesting twowheel action on Eurosport to kill the days with.
I have been in this business for almost ten years and it has been a great deal of my life and every year at this time I ve got this empty feeling. One season is over and the future is a piece of blank paper. Nothing is written and you really dont know how next season will be.
For sure you know that in your head. All the things you would like to do and how and where you would like to be, but than there is the $$$ aspect and where to find it for all your dreams. Racing costs money and you also need money for surviving from day to day. You have to pay the rent, eat something, have some clothes on your body etc. And above all this racing at top level business costs a hell lot of money.
So, the equation is always hard to solve at this time in year.
In a perfect world where my dreams could come true, I would for sure keep on racing for some more years at international level. And after that I would keep on in the paddock world with my own team in racing and act like a mentor and coach for younger kids and help them achieve their goals and dreams.

See you later on!
Regards / Christer

Enduro, Militaryrestricted Area, Google

Racing Update Posted on Mon, September 24, 2007 21:52:14

Ciao!
And one more week has gone in life. What has happend?
Some more enduro of course. Today it was a 6h ride in the Swedish forests. And I found some really interesting places well hidden behind trees and mountains! And no, I can not tell you about them, because then I will be in trouble with Swedish justice and military. But it gave me some feelings about what was going on in the cold war when Sweden had a Big enemy in the east, called Soviet Republic, nowadays Russia. Sweden is a Neutral country or was at least, so we had to have a pretty big army ourselves and not to trust the big Nato in case of emegency. Our army had many places hidden in the forrest and in our mountains just if the shit happened. Most of those places are nowadays sealed and gone, but there are still some very secret places for our nations safe. If you have open eyes and are travelling a lot on the roads you can learn to recognize some of those secret installations. Most of the people, never learn to find them or don´t even care about looking after them. But we are some people that are interested in military history and our eyes and ears are like radars, so sometime it get jackpot! But I have to keep it by my self, as the patriot I am 😉

Google Earth is a great tool to find interesting places around the world. Area 51 for
etc.
Grozny, Murmansk, Rammstein AFB, are some others.
But you can not use Google Earth for searching most of Sweden. The resolution is
far to low.

There will still be some more weeks of riding before the snow comes so for sure it will be some more challenging adventure tours and maybe even some more interesting places to find. Some secret airfield, hidden radarinstallation for watching the surrounding airtraffic, army depots.

On the jobsite I have made some affairs on the stockmarket the last week. And yes, that is one of my other interests in life. I am too restless to have a proper job.
I made some affairs in Nokia, Morphic Technologies, C2Sat, Cybercom. The stockmarket is a little bit of up and down at the moment and the future direction is not clear. Oilprices, the economy in US and Asia are some other objects the analysts are trying to understand.
It will be to spend some 25 hours infront of the computer to see what happends and see if I can find some new interesting stocks to buy for a short period.

See you soon…….
Regards / Christer
